Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baked potatoes, warm
3 Tbsp. oleo
8 oz. sour cream
white pepper
Parmesan cheese
bacon bits
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done. Cut 1/4 off lengthwise. Scoop out potato into bowl; mash well. Add oleo; mix in sour cream, pepper to taste, several shakes of Parmesan cheese and about 2 teaspoons bacon bits. Place mashed potato mixture into potato skins. Put potatoes in baking pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 additional minutes or until warm.
