Classic Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
    8 oz. lasagne
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese *
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 c. zucchini, unpeeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
    1 1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    6 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Steam zucchini over boiling water until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Drain.
