Chicken Kapama - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 small can tomato paste
    oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, cut fine
    cinnamon
    1 c. water
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken in butter.
    Remove from flame.
    Saute onion and garlic.
