Creole Wax Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked wax beans
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in fat until onion is yellow. Blend in flour; add tomato juice gradually.
    Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and beans.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
