Country Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, add hash browns to bacon drippings. Brown slightly; turn over.
    Add in layers the eggs and bacon.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
