Italian Sweet Pie(Ricotta Cheese Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 to 5 c. flour
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
4 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 lb. Ricotta cheese

Preparation

Make shell first; soften margarine with hand.
Mix eggs, orange juice and vanilla.
Add sugar, flour and baking powder. Knead until dough holds together and forms a ball.
Roll dough out to make crust and place in 9-inch pie pan.
