Fish Fillet In Paper Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets, sprinkled with white wine and slightly salted
    dill sprigs
    mushroom slices
    sliced, peeled ginger root
    minced garlic
    butter
Preparation
    Prepare fish.
    Top each fillet with 1 sprig dill, 1 to 2 slices mushrooms, 2 slices peeled ginger root, 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic mixed with 1 teaspoon butter.
    Cut paper bags to sheets large enough to fold generously over fish and butter inside of bag.
    Fold over each prepared fillet and place on a cooking tray.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve in bag.
