Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. Amaretto or 1 Tbsp. almond extract
    1 pkg. pie crust (2 shells)
    1 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
Preparation
    Bring to boil; pour 1/2 peaches into Pyrex pan.
    Cut up 1 pie crust and layer over peaches.
    Pour in rest of peaches.
    Top with other pie crust.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
    Cut slashes in crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
