Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked carrots
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 or 3 small onions, diced
Preparation
    Mix soup, oil, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Heat until boiling.
    Pour mixture over carrots, pepper and onions.
    Toss and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Makes 4 servings.
