Idaho Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. regular flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa and soda.
Add alternately with milk, blending well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool on a rack. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
