1 red onion
4 strips bacon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes; place in foil-lined pan.
Dice red onion and sprinkle over potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste. Place strips of bacon over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
