German Onion Potato Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 slices bacon, chopped
    12 medium potatoes, diced
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop onions.
    In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until done.
    Remove bacon; add onions and potatoes.
    Saute until tender. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
    Add bacon.
    Pour over potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat until eggs are set (about 5 or 6 minutes).
