Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add carrots.
    Add eggs, beaten in one at a time.
    Sift flour.
    Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add flour mixture to carrot mixture.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers or 1 tube pan.
