Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
In saucepan, mix butter, oil, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil and add to dry. Beat well. Dissolve soda in buttermilk (it will turn frothy).
Add to mix with eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour in a 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 (or 350\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
