Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order as listed.
    Bake in greased skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
