Wine Pecan Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated and softened to room temperature
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated and softened to room temperature
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 small onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together all the ingredients, except the pecans.
    Form into 2 balls or 1 log roll.
    Roll in
    the pecans.
    Wrap and chill for up to a week.
    Serve with Ritz crackers or other butter type crackers.
