Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans asparagus pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 c. American or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small jar pimento peppers, drained
Preparation

Place asparagus in large baking dish.
Cover with cheese. Combine soup, milk and pimentos and pour over asparagus mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Place onion rings on top and bake 10 minutes more.
May add small can of mushroom pieces.
