Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 Idaho potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    4 oz. cream cheese with chives
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash potatoes (do not use any milk).
    Add all other ingredients.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and add mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until slightly dry or brown looking on top.
    It will probably bubble on sides.
