Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
    1/2 lb. Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until you can cut with fork.
    Drain.
    Stir in cheese and 1/2 margarine until melted.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Melt remaining margarine and stir in Ritz crackers.
    Put cracker mixture over cabbage and bake until brown on top (about 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven).
