Rio Grande Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. boneless rolled pork roast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. apple jelly
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Mix together the salt, garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
    Rub the meat well with this mixture.
    Place the pork roast, flat on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
