Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork shank
    1 lb. pkg. dry lentils
    12 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    3 medium carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Cook macaroni 7 minutes.
    Boil shrimp 3 minutes.
    Add chopped celery, relish or chopped pickles, bell pepper, salt, pepper, Accent, mayonnaise and mustard.
