Apple Crumble Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for single crust pie
    1 c. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 c. thinly sliced peeled apples (2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground mace
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare and roll out pastry.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate.
    Trim pastry to 1/2-inch beyond edge.
    Flute edge; do not prick.
