Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. fresh broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Cut up and layer in a large casserole dish.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and onion salt; layer over broccoli.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
