Broiled Swordfish(For Two People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) swordfish steaks
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 scant tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt (I use lemon and pepper only)
Preparation

Wash fish and pat dry.
Place steaks on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
Spoon over fish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle seasoning over top.
Broil on middle rack until golden brown.
Check for doneness (fish should flake with a fork).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for a few more minutes, if necessary.
Serve with your favorite vegetable or salad.
