Nachos Casserole No. 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. quick-cooking rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef
    1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. broken tortilla chips
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish, spread uncooked rice in bottom.
    In skillet, brown meat; drain.
    Stir in corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning mix and water; mix well.
    Spoon meat mixture over rice.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with tortilla chips, then cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Total Time: 40 minutes.
