Sweet And Sour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. rainbow rotini
    onion slices
    green pepper, diced
    sliced, peeled carrots
    2 cucumbers, sliced thinly
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Boil rotini in lightly salted water; drain and cool.
    Add oil to noodles and mix.
    Pour dressing over all and mix.
    Refrigerate. Will keep a long time.
    Just stir up occasionally to re-coat with dressing.
