Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran cereal
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir flour, sugar, soda and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
    Add cereal and mix well. Stir in eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix thoroughly and store in refrigerator in covered container. Mixture will keep 3 to 4 weeks. As needed, fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes or until done. Makes 50 to 60 medium muffins.
