Hamburger Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. uncooked rice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add both cans of soup and 1 can water. Add rice and soy sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes more.
    Serves 6 to 8.
