Pineapple Cheese Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple tidbits
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Preparation

Mix
sugar and flour; mix in drained pineapple.
Grease an 8 x 11 1/2-inch pan with butter.
Put pineapple mixture in casserole and
top
with
cheese
and
Ritz cracker crumbs and margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
