E-Z Jello Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    juice and rind of 2 lemons
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 frozen graham cracker crust or make your own
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, water, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Chill milk until flaky.
    Whip Jell-O and combine milk and Jell-O.
    Pour into 8 x 10-inch pan with graham cracker crust.
