Hearty Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. ground beef (97% fat free)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    3 tsp. Schilling meat loaf
    1 can beef broth
    19 oz. tomato juice, canned
    1 qt. water
    1/2 c. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Melt butter in pot.
    Add onion and ground beef and salt.
    Stir and brown meat.
    Add celery and carrots.
    Stir 5 minutes.
    Add broth, tomato juice, water and meat loaf.
    Mix spaghetti and bring to a boil.
    Then reduce heat and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
