Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar (4 Tbsp. honey, 2 Tbsp. sugar)
    1/2 c. light molasses
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. oleo
    cornmeal
    1 egg white, mixed with 3 Tbsp. water (to brush tops of loaves)
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    5 c. rye flour
    5 c. white flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, molasses and oleo.
    Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large bowl and sprinkle in yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add lukewarm milk mixture.
    Add caraway seed and rye flour; beat well.
    Add enough white flour to make dough. Knead about 7 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise until double.
