Chicken Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 c. cooked chicken
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. VanDeKamp stuffing mix
    1 can mushroom or chicken soup
    1 sm. can mushrooms
    1 cube butter
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms (and juice from mushrooms).
    Add chicken.
    Melt butter in large skillet and add stuffing.
    Mix until browned.
    Put 1/2 of the crumbs on the bottom of a shalloow baking dish.
    Pour chicken mixture over and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, or until it bubbles.
    (May also be mixed the day before using).
