Creamy Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in 4 tablespoons melted margarine. Stir in 1/2 box stuffing mix and all the seasoning packet.
    Mix soup and sour cream together and stir into mixture.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Melt the other 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Mix with the rest of the stuffing mix and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
