Creamy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 medium apple, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
1 medium pear, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine sour cream and whipping cream.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or until thickened.
Combine fruit and coconut.
Stir in the sour cream mixture.
Chill, covered, 2 to 24 hours.
Before serving, stir and sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired.
Makes 12 buffet servings.
