Cheese Puff Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white or rye bread
    3 eggs
    3 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. half and half or milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Break enough eggs for each child and add milk; add some green food coloring and beat.
    Cook and eat.
    Serve with ham.
