Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    2 egg whites, mixed with fork
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Pam
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake.
    Combine salmon and egg whites.
    Saute green pepper and onion in oil.
    Add bread crumbs and toss until vegetables are tender.
    Add to salmon.
    Mix in lemon juice, rosemary and pepper.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam.
    Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side until brown.
