Fudge Or Penuche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
12 marshmallows, cut into quarters (do not use miniatures)
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits (Fudge) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits (Penuche)
Preparation

Grease an 8 x 8-inch heavy aluminum pan.
Cook in a 2-quart heavy saucepan; use a slotted spoon.
