Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save the juice.
    Combine juice, sugar and flour.
    Heat over low heat until some sugar melts.
    Stir in pineapple and Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with crackers.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
