Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced round steak
    salt and pepper to season
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. steak sauce
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wipe steak with
    damp cloth.
    Season.
    Salt and pepper. Slice onion over\t1/2 of meat (folded).
    Spread sauce and fold meat together.
    Pin
    edges
    with
    toothpicks.
    Sprinkle\twith flour on both sides.
    Beat meat on both sides until onions are beaten well. Brown
    on\teach side in butter.
    Place in baking dish/pan.
    Make gravy
    and\tpour over meat.
    Bake slowly for 1 hour.
