Low Cholesterol Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. tub margarine
    egg substitute equal to 6 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. skim milk
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine for 7 minutes; add extracts, milk, flour, salt and baking powder, mixing well.
    Add egg substitute, a small amount at a time, beating well after each addition.
