Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs and milk.
    Blend. Dip onion rings into mixture and deep fry at 375\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown.
    Drain and salt.
