Mustard Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. mustard
    hot, cooked potatoes, boiled
    salt and pepper
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until limp.
    Stir in flour until smooth; add bouillon.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Season with salt, pepper and mustard.
    Slice potatoes in baking dish; pour mixture over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 375\u00b0 until crumbs are browned.
    Sauce may be made ahead and heated when needed.
