Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add the moist mixture to the dry ingredients all at once.
    Stir quickly until just mixed.
    Gently fold blueberries into batter.
    Generously grease a muffin pan and fill each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
