Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans black beans, drained
    16 oz. container sour cream
    2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or mixture of your favorites)
    1 green onion
Preparation
    Drain black beans. Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan. Chop onion finely with stems and mix into black beans. Spread sour cream over top of bean mixture; you may use as much or as little sour cream as you like. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with shredded cheese and heat until melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
