Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cream
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour (a little more may be needed)
Preparation
    Scald milk and cream and cool.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix all ingredients, add flour to make a soft dough. Knead.
    Form into a ball and place into a greased bowl.
    Let rise until light, about 1 hour.
    Punch down and let rest 5 minutes. Form into buns the size for a hamburger.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven, 8 to 10 minutes.
