Chili-Velveeta Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small squares
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 (16 oz.) can chili con carne without beans
garlic powder to taste
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain beef.
Combine rest of ingredients and microwave until cheese is melted and dip is thoroughly heated through.
Stir to blend.
Adjust garlic and chili powders to taste.
This may be kept warm in a chafing dish.
Serve with tortilla chips or dippers of your choice.
