Ribbon Fudge Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving) envelope low calorie chocolate pudding mix
    2 tsp. instant coffee powder
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope low calorie dessert topping mix
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine pudding mix (dry) and instant coffee; slowly stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
