German Spinat-Kasetortchen(Spinach And Cheese Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, cut into pieces
5 oz. fresh spinach or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
10 oz. Gruyere or Swiss cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Stir flour and salt into a large bowl; cut in butter until mixture is fine crumbs.
Then add water, a little at a time, until dough is moist enough to form a soft ball.
Chill.
Roll out dough; place in a 12-inch quiche pan.
Prick with a fork.
Line with foil and fill with dry beans to hold dough in place.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Remove beans and foil. Return crust to oven.
Bake until golden brown.
Cool.
