Sweet Potato Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. shredded peeled sweet potato
1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine cabbage, sweet potato, onion and bell pepper in a bowl; toss gently.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
Add cabbage mix; cover and chill.
Yields 6 servings.
